The name “Sincuidados” is Spanish for “without cares” or “carefree,” a nod to the town of Carefree just north of our community. A living desert landscape threads through the more than 300 custom homes in a quiet, natural environment free of light pollution.

Hiking The Trails
On Lone Mountain
In 2020, Sincuidados purchased Lone Mountain including its surrounding majestic 80-acre preserve. Few communities can boast ownership of a special place like this. Set foot on any of the trails winding through glistening boulders and dotted with mighty Saguaro, and a sense of peace washes over you. Sweeping 360-degree panoramic views of Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek and Phoenix are a nature lover’s and a photographer’s dream.

Hike 4.5 miles of interlaced hiking trails on our very own Lone Mountain and its surrounding 80-acre desert preserve. For those who enjoy outdoor sports, our community features two courts for tennis and pickleball and a basketball hoop. Sincuidados also features a clubhouse for social gatherings and meetings.
