PIMA GATE ENTRANCE

For some time now your HOA Board has talked about undertaking an effort to upgrade the Community common areas throughout Sincuidados.  This undertaking came to be called the “Streetscape Plan.”

The first area to be addressed as part of this undertaking is an upgrade to the Pima Gate entrance area.  After soliciting bids for this area from a number of landscape companies, your HOA received a very enticing proposal from Desert Foothills Landscape and subsequently awarded Desert Foothills the work to substantially upgrade the Pima Road entrance area.

This work will now commence on March 16th and last for approximately 5 weeks.  Desert Foothills will start with the removal and or relocation of some of the existing plants and trees followed by the installation of many additional boulders, then trees, cacti, plants and other shrubbery along with new irrigation lines and lighting.

Not all areas of Sincuidados that were part of the original Streetscape Plan are likely to be done.  But the Pima Gate area was felt by the HOA Board to be one area that should be substantially upgraded to present to visitors and residents alike just what a beautiful Community we all live in.
